Roasting Whole


Our chickens are free-range chickens and free to roam and forage in a peaceful location and natural environment on the farm in Leicestershire. They take between 10 and 12 weeks to mature before slaughtering - twice as long as a conventional chicken.


The unique Gressingham ducks are carefully bred, hatched, reared and processed in a small area of East Anglia.
